Absolutely; if we don’t have it we can get it.
Do you have a minimum purchase requirement?
Cash sales; no. For account sales there is a $15 minimum
Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and on Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00pm
How can I track the progress and shipping of my order?
Contact the person who took your order and they will be able to get you tracking information and/or contact our shipping department for tracking information.
What is your return policy?
Have your original receipt. Certain orders are subject up to a 50% restock fee.

Where do you deliver to? And what does it cost?
We deliver all over Western Washington, and occasionally to Oregon, Idaho and Eastern Washington, however, the further away from Seattle you are the more infrequent our deliveries become.
One of the benefits of opening an account with us is free delivery; if this isn’t an option for you, we charge a minimum of $25 dollars for deliveries. The cost is determined by the distance from our South Seattle location.
We are more than capable of shipping items via UPS or the freight company of your choice.
