Shock Lanyard (various types and sizes)

Catalog (SKU) Number: GF-LANYARD

The Guardian Fall Protection Internal Shock Lanyard is comprised of heavy duty outer Surfacetech webbing, with a polyester core specifically designed to reduce the impact forces resulting from a fall. Because the shock absorption is built directly into the lanyard there is no need for an external shock absorber, making the Internal Shock Lanyard a particularly lightweight option. This lanyard does not stretch, except if exposed to high levels of force, and is available in single and double leg models, and with a variety of connector component options. Surfacetech webbing makes the lanyard especially easy to clean, and is resistant to dirt, mold, or other types of contamination.

Tip of the Week

Rotary Hammers are an essential tool, when breaking up, building or generally working with concrete. Here are a few uncommon tips and tricks that will help the tool, bit, and operator. Let the weight of the tool do the work for you; pressing the tool with a large amount of force just leads to exhaustion. Routine maintenance prevents early and preventable mechanical failures from occurring; Grease the shank of the bit every time you change it. You can use your rotary hammer as a heavy duty drill by setting it to the “drill only” setting.
